Eating out and water issues are one of the primary concerns of almost anyone planning to film in India. Most road side eating places, if clean are often the best option for eating, especially since their turn over is quick and the food is almost always fresh. Most upmarket hotels and restaurants provide filtered clean water safe for most travellers.
